Made from ingredients local to Chococo, they add smoked sea salt from the Dorset Sea Salt Company based on Portland in West Dorset to the fresh caramel. The smoked nature of the sea salt is subtle but just helps to cut through the sweetness of the caramel. Once it has cooled enough, they pipe the caramel into dark chocolate gems and to finish, hand-decorate the top of each with speckles of naturally coloured cocoa butter.
