This bar is handmade from 47% single origin milk chocolate crafted at origin from fine Fino de Aroma cocao beans growing in the Huila, Tumaco & Santander regions.
Winner of a Gold Great Taste Award in 2023, this chocolate was described by judges as “a smooth and attractive looking milk chocolate with a good snap. Melt in the mouth feel. A friendly flavour with the cocoa coming through and a light fruitiness adding interest. Creamy, rich and with earthy depth – very moreish.”
This milk chocolate is exclusive to Chococo and contains more cocoa (& therefore less sugar – only 30%!) than most other milk chocolates for a surprisingly creamy yet rich cocoa taste with bright top notes.
